Leona Dalavai Scott is a successful writer, content manager and inbound marketer.
She had the privilege of working for several companies that represented small business owners, and what impressed her most is that they are true to their trade and professions and care deeply about serving their customers. Currently, she manages marketing communications projects for the Automotive Service Association on a part-time basis.
Over the years, she got to see first-hand their struggles and challenges up close. She used her skills to tell their stories and help deliver smart content marketing solutions that they could apply in their jobs to stay informed and knowledgeable to guide them in the success of their business.
As the owner of JEP Marketing Communications, she wants to use her skills and experience to help other small businesses and organizations be successful with all of their marketing communications needs. She recently received her certification in inbound marketing.
According to Hubspot Academy, “Inbound marketing is focused on attracting customers through relevant and helpful content and adding value at every stage in your customer's buying journey. With inbound marketing, potential customers find you through channels like blogs, search engines, and social media.
“Unlike outbound marketing, inbound marketing does not need to fight for potential customers attention. By creating content designed to address the problems and needs of your ideal customers, you attract qualified prospects and build trust and credibility for your business.”
So, what does that mean for your business? The way people respond to businesses and buying is changing in a radical way. If you want to build trust and credibility for your business and attract customers in a way that positions you as being helpful and relevant for the long term, contact JEP Marketing Communications. We want to be your trusted business partner in helping your company be successful with its marketing communications needs.
Leona graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in journalism and political science. She has worked for professional and trade organizations for most of her career and specializes in content creation, lead generation and project management.
